Narrative:

Just prior to departure the gate agent was conversing with us as we awaited the close out. He advised me that he couldn't believe how lax the security procedures were in okc. I asked him to explain. He advised me that he and the other employees still have access to the terminal without clearing any type of security screening at all. The agent pointed out the first officer window to the door that they use to bypass security and commented it was still normal procedure to use that door. I do believe this should be followed up and corrected.

Title: A FO RPT ON SECURITY AT A PAX GATE WHEREIN THE GATE AGENT AND OTHER EMPLOYEES GAIN ENTRANCE TO THE TERMINAL THROUGH A DOOR LOCATED ON THE RAMP AT OKC, OK.

Narrative: JUST PRIOR TO DEP THE GATE AGENT WAS CONVERSING WITH US AS WE AWAITED THE CLOSE OUT. HE ADVISED ME THAT HE COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW LAX THE SECURITY PROCS WERE IN OKC. I ASKED HIM TO EXPLAIN. HE ADVISED ME THAT HE AND THE OTHER EMPLOYEES STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE TERMINAL WITHOUT CLEARING ANY TYPE OF SECURITY SCREENING AT ALL. THE AGENT POINTED OUT THE FO WINDOW TO THE DOOR THAT THEY USE TO BYPASS SECURITY AND COMMENTED IT WAS STILL NORMAL PROC TO USE THAT DOOR. I DO BELIEVE THIS SHOULD BE FOLLOWED UP AND CORRECTED.
