Narrative:

Night pleasure flight from gok to swo for landing practice. While on approach, I passed within 3 NM of osu stadium. Performed touch and go at swo. After taking off, unicom operator informed me swo was only available to IFR traffic and that I should avoid the stadium area. Incident was caused by my failure to obtain all information pertinent to my flight -- that is, the NOTAM containing IFR. Temperature flight restr. Incident could have been avoided by obtaining all relevant information prior to flight, even if flight was conducted locally.
