Narrative:

Departed sfo runway 1L acting as PNF. After departure, turned to heading 030 degrees per the SFO8 departure. Upon chkin with bay approach, he issued heading for rbl and asked if tower had changed our departure. After responding with negative, controller handed us off to center. Further review showed pre departure clearance of quiet 2 departure (CUIT2). Human factors: normal departure off runway 1L and runway 1R SFO8 -- habit. Distraction on taxi out and brief when runway assignment changed from runway 1R to runway 1L, with need for new performance. Some delay getting numbers. Pre departure clearance showed filed as CUIT2, rather than revised segment information as cuit 2 or remarks CUIT2. Filed as FMC rt 2. Not as obvious as changes given habit patterns.
