Narrative:

After coordinating throughout the day with FSS and center in an effort to drop skydivers, I received an IFR clearance and dropped one load of jumpers. On the second load, prior to releasing jumpers, center advised that I abort. I complied by not releasing jumpers. I requested and received a visual approach clearance to descend and land. My postflt phone conversation with center revealed that although part 91 IFR had been released, part 105 operations had not. I am not conducting further in-flight skydiving activities until confirmation of release of part 105 operations is received.
