Narrative:
Overflying dca TCA at 8500 ft MSL en route from 22B, clinton, sc. I thought I was clear of their TCA and didn't request a clearance. On arrival clinton I was told to talk to charlotte approach and was given a phone number to call dca radar. The person answering checked and had no knowledge of an intrusion. They had nothing on my flight and said, 'it may be a minor TCA violation and to forget it.'
