Narrative:

On approach for runway 23R. I was cleared for the approach (localizer 23R). I was told to maintain maximum forward speed until FAF. I don't recall if I was switched to tower frequency. I also don't recall being cleared to land. After landing, I contacted ground and received permission to taxi to the ramp. It was at this time that I thought I may have landed without clearance. After securing the aircraft, I tried repeatedly to call the tower on the telephone, with no answer. I was not contacted on radio or telephone about the situation.
