Narrative:

This morning I was notified that a hazardous item was received in ZZZ as 'salvage material,' and that I had back-checked this shipment. While I do recall looking over the shipment of 138 items that day, I certainly did not see any items I thought to be hazardous. I am familiar with oxygen canisters, along with squibs, life vests, paint, etc. I saw no such items in this shipment.
