Approximately 5-10 seconds after takeoff, passenger in area began yelling 'baby, baby!' I released from my jump seat, crossed over to r-hand side aisle, and proceeded to row xx. Female adult passenger was holding her 20 month old infant boy, who was limp, blue, not breathing. I took him from her, put him face down on my left arm and performed heimlich, still not breathing, placed him on floor, face up, tilted head and 2 breaths, no chest rise, did heimlich on his diaphragm, no breathing. Tilted head and did 2 more breaths, child coughed and began crying. Doctor onboard verified child was ok, so flight proceeded to hnl
