Narrative:

Going into lax on paradise 4 arrival landing runway 25L, approach changed runway to runway 24R. When updating FMC, tejay restr dropped out and plane continued to descend for mitts intersection at 10000 ft. After taking manual control, flight continued uneventfully. Total deviation was approximately 300 ft low 2 NM south of tejay. Crew coordination prevented this from being worse and better coordination would have prevented it altogether but lax is the worst for multiple arrival and runway changes. Something needs to be done to limit these excessive changes during a critical phase of flight!
