Narrative:
Climbing out of FL210 for FL310 a converging aircraft was spotted on TCASII at 10 O'clock at FL220. TA then RA occurred. We executed a right descending turn to avoid the traffic and advised ATC of same. After we were clear ATC told us to maintain FL210. 1-2 mins later we were reclred to fl 310.

Title: A TCASII RESOLUTION ADVISORY IN THE CLASS A AIRSPACE DURING CLB.
Narrative: CLBING OUT OF FL210 FOR FL310 A CONVERGING ACFT WAS SPOTTED ON TCASII AT 10 O'CLOCK AT FL220. TA THEN RA OCCURRED. WE EXECUTED A R DSNDING TURN TO AVOID THE TFC AND ADVISED ATC OF SAME. AFTER WE WERE CLR ATC TOLD US TO MAINTAIN FL210. 1-2 MINS LATER WE WERE RECLRED TO FL 310.
