Narrative:
A female passenger refused to comply with regulations regarding pets in the cabin. She refused to keep dog in carrier under the seat. Even after she was told over, and over again during the entire flight, clearly interfering with crew member's duties. She was handed a 'disturbance report' and still refused. Police met the airplane on arrival in mia.

Title: A B737-800 INFLT HAS A FEMALE PAX WHO REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH REGS BY ALLOWING A PET DOG OUT OF A PET CARRIER.
Narrative: A FEMALE PAX REFUSED TO COMPLY WITH REGS REGARDING PETS IN THE CABIN. SHE REFUSED TO KEEP DOG IN CARRIER UNDER THE SEAT. EVEN AFTER SHE WAS TOLD OVER, AND OVER AGAIN DURING THE ENTIRE FLT, CLRLY INTERFERING WITH CREW MEMBER'S DUTIES. SHE WAS HANDED A 'DISTURBANCE RPT' AND STILL REFUSED. POLICE MET THE AIRPLANE ON ARR IN MIA.
