Narrative:

Before takeoff, takeoff warning horn tested and no horn. During takeoff roll, at about 25 KIAS, takeoff warning horn sounded. Returned to gate. Remote, autospoiler and takeoff warning tested by maintenance. After connecting stairs, returned to gate xf and swapped airplanes.
