Narrative:
While climbing after missed approach, controller cleared flight to 7000 ft. Controller then cleared flight to 8000. Clearance was read back by instructor/captain. 2 first officer's and captain heard controller's clearance. Passing through 7500 ft, controller told flight to 'maintain 7000 ft.' flight returned to 7000 ft. During the 3 hour training session, controller repeatedly issued incorrect initial altitudes for approachs and bad directions, ie, left instead of right.

Title: DH8 INSTRUCTOR CAPT AND 2 TRAINEE FO'S HAD THE CRW APCH CTLR ISSUE INCORRECT ALT AND TURN DIRECTIONS ON THE MISSED APCH AT CRW.
Narrative: WHILE CLBING AFTER MISSED APCH, CTLR CLRED FLT TO 7000 FT. CTLR THEN CLRED FLT TO 8000. CLRNC WAS READ BACK BY INSTRUCTOR/CAPT. 2 FO'S AND CAPT HEARD CTLR'S CLRNC. PASSING THROUGH 7500 FT, CTLR TOLD FLT TO 'MAINTAIN 7000 FT.' FLT RETURNED TO 7000 FT. DURING THE 3 HR TRAINING SESSION, CTLR REPEATEDLY ISSUED INCORRECT INITIAL ALTS FOR APCHS AND BAD DIRECTIONS, IE, L INSTEAD OF R.
