Narrative:

Had thunderstorm ahead so we asked for right deviation and controller said ok to turn right then he came back after our 30 degree turn and said he only wanted 10 degrees maximum. We turned back left due east and he said if we didn't go through WX we could just go east for an eventual rerte. He tried same tactics with plane behind us and captain also refused to go into WX. Bottom line was, turn was approved and we accepted it but he changed his mind and then tried to blame us.
