Narrative:

I reported for duty for a 7 day trip for a large freight carrier. I met my crew and proceeded to the aircraft after looking over flight release and WX. We got on the crew bus and went to aircraft. (Apparently the company changed the aircraft that was supposed to fly the trip. We looked on tv screen for the flight X aircraft X gate X.) we proceeded to the aircraft, did preflight and I signed the hazardous paperwork and the weight and balance. On the xchk of paperwork I missed that the flight release had aircraft X and the aircraft was aircraft Y. The weight and balance and hazard paperwork had aircraft Y (the correct aircraft number). We flew from mem-ric without incident. En route we were selcalled and advised that the wrong aircraft number was on the flight release. My so and myself missed the xchk of the paperwork for the correct aircraft number.
