Narrative:

We inadvertently departed runway 19R at sna with flaps at 1 degree instead of 5 degrees as required by the noise abatement procedure. Primary factor was distraction caused by focusing on the unusual procedure and the airport requirement to complete all flight preparation prior to aircraft movement.
