Narrative:

I was being vectored for an ILS approach to runway 21L at cincinnati lunken airport. About 10 mi north of the airport, I responded to a heading assignment from approach control and then heard nothing from ATC for 1 or 2 mins. I tried a radio check and got no response. I tried to contact ATC on my #2 radio with no success. I also tried to contact lunken tower on both radios, again with no success. I descended to a VFR altitude and prepared to proceed VFR to lunken while squawking 7600. I tried once again to contact approach control and was successful in making contact. ATC advised me that they suspected my microphone was stuck. They then cleared me for the approach to lunken.
