Narrative:

I was the single pilot operator introducing a new copilot to the aircraft. We departed owd, under bos class B. The new 'copilot' was flying the aircraft and I was watching for traffic and watching the moving map for distance from bos airspace. I told the PF what altitude to go to, but when I looked up at the altimeter I saw we were at the edge of bos class B at 4500 ft. Upon return at norwood (owd) I was advised we busted bos class B. This unintentional altitude bust was due to 1) new pilot, 2) watching for traffic, 3) watching moving map for distance. But so much going on so fast that this caught me off guard.
