Narrative:

I departed runway 16 at hpn and failed to comply with westchester 1 SID by initiating turn to 320 degrees at 800 ft. Instead, I began the turn at 1800 ft. I simply forgot to do so.

Narrative: I DEPARTED RWY 16 AT HPN AND FAILED TO COMPLY WITH WESTCHESTER 1 SID BY INITIATING TURN TO 320 DEGS AT 800 FT. INSTEAD, I BEGAN THE TURN AT 1800 FT. I SIMPLY FORGOT TO DO SO.
