Narrative:

We were cleared direct to ikk VOR and cleared to climb to FL230. During the climb, I noticed the copilot's side 'B' window delaminating in the center lower portion and spreading upward. I informed the PF of the problem. He leveled the airplane at FL195. I contacted ZAU and reported the problem. I requested descent to 13000 ft. We elected to not declare an emergency and land. The cockpit checklist and manuals did not address a procedure for us to follow. I suggested adjusting the pressurization to minimum differential pressure. We continued the flight at 13000 ft en route to cmh, descended the aircraft, depressurized, and landed at cmh without incident.
