Narrative:

While locking out high stage valve, per MEL 36-00-09, found picture in MEL mislabeled or misleading for maintenance purposes. Attached is a copy of MEL 36-00-09 showing high stage valve, above the centerline of the engine on l-hand side. Actual location, per flight information manual 36-10, shows valve location below centerline. Confusing the high stage valve with the pressure regulator and shutoff valve, a high possibility if only going by the MEL picture.
