Narrative: ADVISED BY AN FAA INSPECTOR, AFTER ARRIVING AT THE GATE IN JFK, THAT CHILDREN WERE 'RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE AISLE' DURING TAXI IN, APPROX 43 MINS FROM LNDG TO GATE. INSPECTOR APPARENTLY SAID NOTHING TO THE FLT ATTENDANTS, DESPITE HIS CONCERN FOR THE RULES AND PAX SAFETY.
