Phl approach control directed us to depart holding via 080 degree heading. The controller intended to tell us to complete 1 more turn in holding. This misunderstanding resulted in a conflict.

Narrative: PHL APCH CTL DIRECTED US TO DEPART HOLDING VIA 080 DEG HDG. THE CTLR INTENDED TO TELL US TO COMPLETE 1 MORE TURN IN HOLDING. THIS MISUNDERSTANDING RESULTED IN A CONFLICT.
