Narrative:

During takeoff on runway 8 at den, right inboard tire had tread separate and caused damage to right trailing edge flap and right engine. Minor flux in right engine EPR and egt were noted. Flight attendant reported some smoke and odor in cabin. Power reduced on right engine and flight returned for landing at den.
