Narrative:

Busy frequency and unclr readback. Anticipation upon call for taxi, ground control informed us that we had pushed back without clearance into a restr/controled area. We answered that we had called prior. Their response was don't let it happen again -- next time we'll monitor this frequency better.

Narrative: BUSY FREQ AND UNCLR READBACK. ANTICIPATION UPON CALL FOR TAXI, GND CTL INFORMED US THAT WE HAD PUSHED BACK WITHOUT CLRNC INTO A RESTR/CTLED AREA. WE ANSWERED THAT WE HAD CALLED PRIOR. THEIR RESPONSE WAS DON'T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN -- NEXT TIME WE'LL MONITOR THIS FREQ BETTER.
