Narrative:

Location: taxiing on ground at stl. One more time, this is a very, very dangerous situation in my opinion. We are giving up a layer of protection when we are forced to go to ground control to cross an active runway. Also, why do we do this at stl and at no other airport to my knowledge? The FAA says runway incursions are the #1 problem. Why are we doing this?

Narrative: LOCATION: TAXIING ON GND AT STL. ONE MORE TIME, THIS IS A VERY, VERY DANGEROUS SIT IN MY OPINION.
