Narrative:

On jun/wed/01, while operating for a part 121 air carrier, I departed from pit without the required fuel listed on my dispatch release. I was the sic and the PF for this trip. The captain noticed the discrepancy while performing the after takeoff checklist, and we immediately returned to pittsburgh for landing without further incident. We were required to have 1900 pounds fuel for the flight and were supposed to be tankering an additional 1500 pounds for our return flight. We actually had 1700 pounds fuel and we landed at pittsburgh with 1400 pounds. There were 6 passenger and 1 flight attendant on board. The WX was clear. I believe fatigue and being in a hurry caused the oversight. We were on the last round trip of a 4 day assignment, and were hurrying to make up time from earlier flight delays.

Title: SF34 CREW DEPART PIT WITH INSUFFICIENT FUEL FOR THE FLT.

Narrative: ON JUN/WED/01, WHILE OPERATING FOR A PART 121 ACR, I DEPARTED FROM PIT WITHOUT THE REQUIRED FUEL LISTED ON MY DISPATCH RELEASE. I WAS THE SIC AND THE PF FOR THIS TRIP. THE CAPT NOTICED THE DISCREPANCY WHILE PERFORMING THE AFTER TKOF CHKLIST, AND WE IMMEDIATELY RETURNED TO PITTSBURGH FOR LNDG WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. WE WERE REQUIRED TO HAVE 1900 LBS FUEL FOR THE FLT AND WERE SUPPOSED TO BE TANKERING AN ADDITIONAL 1500 LBS FOR OUR RETURN FLT. WE ACTUALLY HAD 1700 LBS FUEL AND WE LANDED AT PITTSBURGH WITH 1400 LBS. THERE WERE 6 PAX AND 1 FLT ATTENDANT ON BOARD. THE WX WAS CLR. I BELIEVE FATIGUE AND BEING IN A HURRY CAUSED THE OVERSIGHT. WE WERE ON THE LAST ROUND TRIP OF A 4 DAY ASSIGNMENT, AND WERE HURRYING TO MAKE UP TIME FROM EARLIER FLT DELAYS.
