Narrative:

I selected a VFR aerobatic practice area in compliance with far 91.303. This was a large farmer's field. My aerobatic maneuvers were all completed in this 'box' from 1700 ft AGL to 4000 ft AGL. Twice, I made a non aerobatic pass of the field at 1100 ft AGL to check field for emergency landing conditions and suitability. My proximity laterally to a few homes led to a complaint to the niagara falls control tower. This was told to me as a noise and proximity complaint relayed through the buffalo niagara international approach frequency. I immediately moved farther away from the only homes I could see in the area. This was originally selected as a field which satisfied far 91.119. In the future, I will conduct my aerobatic practice sessions in other areas, so as not to be a noise problem. I will continue to fly in accordance with all far regulations.
