Narrative:

At rotation, I felt an unusual vibration. First thought there may be a tire problem. I asked pvd tower to check the runway for tire debris. They said they only found birds on runway. There was only a very light vibration in-flight, so we continued to dca after conferring with dispatch and maintenance. As a precautionary measure, we asked to have emergency equipment standing by for landing. Inspection confirmed a bird strike and ingestion which slightly bent 2 fan blades.
