Narrative:

Center told us to descend to 11000 ft at camrn. We descended to 10000 ft. The controller asked us at what altitude we were at, and I said 10000 ft. He said we were supposed to be at 11000 ft, but to stay at 10000 ft. I had read back to descend to 11000 ft. We had dialed in 10000 ft. This was for the approach into kennedy and the camrn 3 arrival.
