Climbing through 14000 ft cabin altitude horn sounded. Cabin was climbing through 11000 ft. Initiated rapid descent to 8000 ft. Captain and first officer put on masks and establish communication, packs to high and regained pressurization. Declared an emergency, returned to sjc with captain making an uneventful landing.
