Narrative:

Passenger complained of back spasms, tightening of muscles, didn't feel well. Passenger had symptoms the day before, just took medication to help with pain. But in-flight became too painful. Rn on board helped out -- checked blood pressure and administered oxygen. Captain landed in pdx. Passenger walked off aircraft and we continued to sjc.

Narrative: PAX COMPLAINED OF BACK SPASMS, TIGHTENING OF MUSCLES, DIDN'T FEEL WELL. PAX HAD SYMPTOMS THE DAY BEFORE, JUST TOOK MEDICATION TO HELP WITH PAIN. BUT INFLT BECAME TOO PAINFUL.
