#4 hydraulic system failed en route from manila to narita communication procedures followed, dispatch and maintenance notified, and continued on. Upon gear extension at nrt, right wing gear failed to indicate down and locked. Emergency declared. Communication procedures for gear problem and emergency landing followed. Landing then accomplished without incident. Aircraft brought to stop on runway. Passenger deplaned via airstairs and aircraft was towed off runway. Right wing gear was hung up on gear door.

R WING GEAR WAS HUNG UP ON GEAR DOOR.
