2 C525 aircraft descended to FL220. Aircraft #1 (CRJ2) called on at FL210. I called traffic to aircraft #2 (C525) at FL210 and said maintain FL200 (not caught). Aircraft #2 (C525) descended into conflict with aircraft #1 (CRJ2).
