Narrative:

En route from drt to gsp on part 135 cargo trip, about 150 NM northeast of sat. Climbing the aircraft from FL410 to FL450. At FL422, right engine flamed out. Asked houston for descent to FL250 for attempted air start and turn to sat. ZHU cleared us to FL240. We requested a left turn due to fuel balance in the tip tank. Going through checklist for restart, was able to restart right engine. However, then I was at FL220. I immediately climbed to FL20 and completed my checklist, xferred fuel and requested to continue to destination, which we did with no further incidents. Distraction with engine flameout and restart procedure.
