Narrative:

At about 10 mi from touchdown, we checked in with tower on a visual approach to runway 10L. We were told that we were #3. I told myself (PF) and my first officer 'continuing,' as a reminder that we were not yet cleared to land. In spite of that, I believe we landing without clearance. I don't remember receiving clearance to land and on landing rollout, I noticed that the nose landing light and taxi light were still off. I turn those lights on when I hear my landing clearance, as a reminder. Obviously, a reminder doesn't do you any good unless you remember to look at it. I didn't.
