Narrative:

I was going to taxi my aircraft approximately 200 yards from where I had just washed it to my hangar to put it away. I jumped into the front seat of my J3 cub and didn't put my seatbelt on. As I began to taxi I decided to raise the airplane's tail so that I could see better. Unfortunately, since I was seated in the front seat, the center of gravity was so far forward that the tail came up very quickly. Since I had no seatbelt on, I slid forward and was unable to get my feet off of the brakes or pull back on the stick. The plane continued to go over forward and the propeller struck the ground and the engine was unable to continue operation.
