Narrative:
Captain loaded FMS while I did walkaround. We then were distraction by a revision to our route. After pke, we mistakenly joined J74 instead of J78. ATC gave us a heading, no further incident.

Title: NON REVIEWED FMS FLT PLAN ENTRY, PRIOR TO DEP, RESULTS IN RTE DEV WITH ZAB.
Narrative: CAPT LOADED FMS WHILE I DID WALKAROUND. WE THEN WERE DISTR BY A REVISION TO OUR RTE. AFTER PKE, WE MISTAKENLY JOINED J74 INSTEAD OF J78. ATC GAVE US A HDG, NO FURTHER INCIDENT.
