Narrative:

The final controller, prior to tower at lfpg, on frequency 118.15, was very difficult to understand. The quality of her xmissions were so poor that I constantly asked for repeats. We tried all 3 communication radios with the same poor result. We could clearly hear and understand all other english speaking aircraft on the frequency and had no problems with other frequencys throughout the entire trip. Fortunately, the WX was VMC. If it had not been so, I would have had to explore a different avenue in order to get our approach clearance.
