Narrative:

At sav ATCT, we have no formal way to disseminate NOTAMS to the work force. They do put in read and initial binder and on a clip board in tower, but nobody removes them when canceled, which may bring questions which are current or not. This has been brought to management's attention to structure a procedure. However, if with people volunteering, no resolution occurs. We have 3 supervisors and a manager who can take on the responsibility to create a system. Our quats has been useless since 3 yrs ago and not forced to do their job and no briefings since may/00. There is no excuse. Due to numerous, on-going construction on the airfield, now is the time to devise a formal system!
