Narrative:

Central load planning called me, said weight and balance numbers no good, contact flight. Sent ACARS message, called mco tower to advise crew to call company before takeoff. Sent second message to flight advising problem (off time had not kicked in). Off time kicked in XA41 off ground my messages sent XA40 and XA42. Central load planning said problem was WX (tailwind) showing. Tower not updated. I advised central load planning to write it up so it could be explained and corrected. Central load planning advised problem with station and tower. Captain said did not get messages till XA42. I advised captain messages sent as soon as I was told by central load planning, and I called tower mco.

Narrative: CENTRAL LOAD PLANNING CALLED ME, SAID WT AND BAL NUMBERS NO GOOD, CONTACT FLT. SENT ACARS MESSAGE, CALLED MCO TWR TO ADVISE CREW TO CALL COMPANY BEFORE TKOF. SENT SECOND MESSAGE TO FLT ADVISING PROB (OFF TIME HAD NOT KICKED IN). OFF TIME KICKED IN XA41 OFF GND MY MESSAGES SENT XA40 AND XA42. CENTRAL LOAD PLANNING SAID PROB WAS WX (TAILWIND) SHOWING. TWR NOT UPDATED. I ADVISED CENTRAL LOAD PLANNING TO WRITE IT UP SO IT COULD BE EXPLAINED AND CORRECTED. CENTRAL LOAD PLANNING ADVISED PROB WITH STATION AND TWR. CAPT SAID DID NOT GET MESSAGES TILL XA42. I ADVISED CAPT MESSAGES SENT AS SOON AS I WAS TOLD BY CENTRAL LOAD PLANNING, AND I CALLED TWR MCO.
