Narrative:
We had an 18 hour 34 min duty day with a double augmented flight crew, due to a return to sfo and new aircraft assignment. We checked twice with our crew desk and with our flight operations manual. I believe we were legal both with the FARS and our contract.

Title: B777 CREW WERE CONCERNED WITH THEIR DUTY TIME, BUT BELIEVED THEY WERE FAR AND C0NTRACT LEGAL.
