Narrative:

Landing runway 05 at fwa. At 300 ft AGL we heard tower tell traffic of our position landing runway 05. ATC did not give us any traffic advisories. Seconds later we saw landing light on short final runway 32 (a crossing runway down field). We were committed to landing runway 05. Made a short field landing. Tower told us to get off runway 05 at C3 as a B727 landed on runway 32 and rolled through the intersection with our runway. Us nor them had received hold short clearance. Very unsafe, especially at XD30, and after 8 hours of flying that day. After we cleared the runway I told tower we were not issued traffic advisory, no hold short clearance or aircraft downfield! Unsafe! Tower had a bunch of excuses and was rude on radio. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: callback reporter reviewed the incident with the controller. The controller was operating both ground and local position's but with low activity at the airport. During this time period it does not seem to be an issue. The reporter said that the controller indicated that this type operation is normal and that there was no hazard since there was adequate separation and the reporter was able to exit the runway before the intersection. The reporter did not agree. A follow up call to the tower supervisor the next day revealed that lahso is not authorized on these intersecting runways. The reporter was satisfied that the supervisor would review the incident with the tower personnel.

Title: TWO ACRS ARE CLRED TO LAND AT NIGHT ON INTERSECTING RWYS WITHOUT BEING ADVISED OF ANY LAHSO. REPORTING ACFT WAS NOT ADVISED OF THE OTHER TFC WHICH CROSSED HIS LNDG RWY DURING ROLL OUT.

Narrative: LNDG RWY 05 AT FWA. AT 300 FT AGL WE HEARD TWR TELL TFC OF OUR POS LNDG RWY 05. ATC DID NOT GIVE US ANY TFC ADVISORIES. SECONDS LATER WE SAW LNDG LIGHT ON SHORT FINAL RWY 32 (A CROSSING RWY DOWN FIELD). WE WERE COMMITTED TO LNDG RWY 05. MADE A SHORT FIELD LNDG. TWR TOLD US TO GET OFF RWY 05 AT C3 AS A B727 LANDED ON RWY 32 AND ROLLED THROUGH THE INTERSECTION WITH OUR RWY. US NOR THEM HAD RECEIVED HOLD SHORT CLRNC. VERY UNSAFE, ESPECIALLY AT XD30, AND AFTER 8 HRS OF FLYING THAT DAY. AFTER WE CLRED THE RWY I TOLD TWR WE WERE NOT ISSUED TFC ADVISORY, NO HOLD SHORT CLRNC OR ACFT DOWNFIELD! UNSAFE! TWR HAD A BUNCH OF EXCUSES AND WAS RUDE ON RADIO. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: CALLBACK RPTR REVIEWED THE INCIDENT WITH THE CTLR. THE CTLR WAS OPERATING BOTH GND AND LOCAL POS'S BUT WITH LOW ACTIVITY AT THE ARPT. DURING THIS TIME PERIOD IT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE AN ISSUE. THE RPTR SAID THAT THE CTLR INDICATED THAT THIS TYPE OP IS NORMAL AND THAT THERE WAS NO HAZARD SINCE THERE WAS ADEQUATE SEPARATION AND THE RPTR WAS ABLE TO EXIT THE RWY BEFORE THE INTERSECTION. THE RPTR DID NOT AGREE. A FOLLOW UP CALL TO THE TWR SUPVR THE NEXT DAY REVEALED THAT LAHSO IS NOT AUTHORIZED ON THESE INTERSECTING RWYS. THE RPTR WAS SATISFIED THAT THE SUPVR WOULD REVIEW THE INCIDENT WITH THE TWR PERSONNEL.
