Narrative:

Mia flight attendant employee threatened to drop a meal tray on the cockpit flight controls. Throughout the flight, she was belligerent, uncooperative, caustic and insubordinate. When asked to explain her bizarre threat, she reiterated her threat. Safety of flight is no joke. The flight attendant needs counseling and help. I hope never to have to deal with such blatant disrespect and insubordination again. Keep her off my airplane in the future.

Narrative: MIA FLT ATTENDANT EMPLOYEE THREATENED TO DROP A MEAL TRAY ON THE COCKPIT FLT CTLS. THROUGHOUT THE FLT, SHE WAS BELLIGERENT, UNCOOPERATIVE, CAUSTIC AND INSUBORDINATE. WHEN ASKED TO EXPLAIN HER BIZARRE THREAT, SHE REITERATED HER THREAT. SAFETY OF FLT IS NO JOKE. THE FLT ATTENDANT NEEDS COUNSELING AND HELP. I HOPE NEVER TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH SUCH BLATANT DISRESPECT AND INSUBORDINATION AGAIN. KEEP HER OFF MY AIRPLANE IN THE FUTURE.
