Narrative:

On landing, I was rolling out and braking to a stop. There were 3 planes at the hold short line and 14 ready to go. Once slowed to a speed that I could turn off the runway at, I was directly across from a turnoff. I turned to the right and angled back just a bit to clear the runway. Tower asked me if I made a 180 degree turn on the runway. I responded 'no, just needed to angle back a bit to exit on center of taxiway.' tower then dropped issue and told me to taxi to parking. I did turn slightly past 90 degrees to exit the runway due to the curve of the taxiway feeder, however, I did not make a 180 degree turn and back taxi on the runway.

Title: A C182 PLT EXITS THE RWY WITH A TURN PAST 90 DEGS WITH THE TWR CTLR ASKING HIM IF HE HAD MADE A 180 DEG TURN ON THE RWY AT RAP, SD.'503960 DGN

Narrative: ON LNDG, I WAS ROLLING OUT AND BRAKING TO A STOP. THERE WERE 3 PLANES AT THE HOLD SHORT LINE AND 14 READY TO GO. ONCE SLOWED TO A SPD THAT I COULD TURN OFF THE RWY AT, I WAS DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM A TURNOFF. I TURNED TO THE R AND ANGLED BACK JUST A BIT TO CLR THE RWY. TWR ASKED ME IF I MADE A 180 DEG TURN ON THE RWY. I RESPONDED 'NO, JUST NEEDED TO ANGLE BACK A BIT TO EXIT ON CTR OF TXWY.' TWR THEN DROPPED ISSUE AND TOLD ME TO TAXI TO PARKING. I DID TURN SLIGHTLY PAST 90 DEGS TO EXIT THE RWY DUE TO THE CURVE OF THE TXWY FEEDER, HOWEVER, I DID NOT MAKE A 180 DEG TURN AND BACK TAXI ON THE RWY.
