Narrative:

We were cleared from FL280 to FL270 by ZJX. First received traffic alert on TCASII, then 5 seconds nothing followed by immediate climb command on TCASII RA. I observed USAF learjet on left side on course conflicting with ours. Disengaged autoplt, turned right, immediately climbed to avoid learjet. Learjet rolled opposite at almost same time. Flight attendant did fall as a result of maneuver with no injury visible or preventing performance of duties.
