Narrative:

Female passenger seated in xa was (during flight) romantically being involved with male passenger on seat xb. (They did not know each other prior to flight.) I asked both to stop what they were doing, as it was not appropriate conduct on an airplane. They did stop somewhat. Then, due to turbulence, the captain made PA for flight attendants to prepare for landing early. During cabin check, #4 flight attendant and #1 flight attendant were in first class galley. I made check of main cabin. When at row xc, the woman from seat xa was on her knees on the aisle of row xc trying to encourage another man's attention. I told her to return to seat and buckle up. She started shouting 'shut up' repeatedly and loudly. I then advised her that she was interfering with my duties and was jeopardizing safety of passenger and crew. I again asked her to take her seat. She refused and made comments 'you can't make me' then 'just make me.' #4 flight attendant was a male. I motioned for him to assist me in an effort to defuse the situation since she did not relate to women. I went to the man she sat next to in seat xb and asked if he was traveling with her to help get her seated. The man said he did not know her. Then, when I asked again, he stated 'what's it to you?' and 'what differences does it make?' I reminded him of his conduct with the woman prior. He just met her in-flight and did not deny his actions. #4 flight attendant did get her seated then we took our jump seats. I called captain and kept him advised. Captain stated police would meet the flight. During landing, woman sat in xb and she would lean out into aisle and stroke #4 flight attendant's arms and told him she loved him 3 times. Captain pressed charges. #1 flight attendant and #4 flight attendant and myself stayed for briefing and debriefing -- police/fbi.

Title: ACR MLG PAX INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT WITH OTHER PAX.

Narrative: FEMALE PAX SEATED IN XA WAS (DURING FLT) ROMANTICALLY BEING INVOLVED WITH MALE PAX ON SEAT XB. (THEY DID NOT KNOW EACH OTHER PRIOR TO FLT.) I ASKED BOTH TO STOP WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AS IT WAS NOT APPROPRIATE CONDUCT ON AN AIRPLANE. THEY DID STOP SOMEWHAT. THEN, DUE TO TURB, THE CAPT MADE PA FOR FLT ATTENDANTS TO PREPARE FOR LNDG EARLY. DURING CABIN CHK, #4 FLT ATTENDANT AND #1 FLT ATTENDANT WERE IN FIRST CLASS GALLEY. I MADE CHK OF MAIN CABIN. WHEN AT ROW XC, THE WOMAN FROM SEAT XA WAS ON HER KNEES ON THE AISLE OF ROW XC TRYING TO ENCOURAGE ANOTHER MAN'S ATTN. I TOLD HER TO RETURN TO SEAT AND BUCKLE UP. SHE STARTED SHOUTING 'SHUT UP' REPEATEDLY AND LOUDLY. I THEN ADVISED HER THAT SHE WAS INTERFERING WITH MY DUTIES AND WAS JEOPARDIZING SAFETY OF PAX AND CREW. I AGAIN ASKED HER TO TAKE HER SEAT. SHE REFUSED AND MADE COMMENTS 'YOU CAN'T MAKE ME' THEN 'JUST MAKE ME.' #4 FLT ATTENDANT WAS A MALE. I MOTIONED FOR HIM TO ASSIST ME IN AN EFFORT TO DEFUSE THE SIT SINCE SHE DID NOT RELATE TO WOMEN. HE JUST MET HER INFLT AND DID NOT DENY HIS ACTIONS. #4 FLT ATTENDANT DID GET HER SEATED THEN WE TOOK OUR JUMP SEATS. I CALLED CAPT AND KEPT HIM ADVISED. CAPT STATED POLICE WOULD MEET THE FLT. DURING LNDG, WOMAN SAT IN XB AND SHE WOULD LEAN OUT INTO AISLE AND STROKE #4 FLT ATTENDANT'S ARMS AND TOLD HIM SHE LOVED HIM 3 TIMES. CAPT PRESSED CHARGES. #1 FLT ATTENDANT AND #4 FLT ATTENDANT AND MYSELF STAYED FOR BRIEFING AND DEBRIEFING -- POLICE/FBI.
