Narrative:

Our company has issued the attached memos to flight attendants stating that flight duty times as stated in far part 121.471 no longer apply. This is in direct conflict with both the flight attendant manual which says far part 121.471 and part 121.467 flight time limitations all pilots and flight attendants a) no pilot or flight attendant may accept or be assigned flight time in excess of. This also stated in the company gom. Even though this is stated in both the gom and flight attendant manual and intimidate flight attendants into violating the gom by flying in excess of 30 hours in 7 days and not having 24 hours free of duty in 7 calendar days. Exactly what level of safely is being provided?
