Narrative:
After writing up and complying with all MEL instructions for a lavatory smoke detector, I forgot to fill in one line in the maintenance logbook. The line I should have written went into the corrective action box. It should have read: 'MEL item #26-00-07B flight crew placard installed at pwm.' the next morning, I wrote this in the logbook prior to the aircraft departure from pwm.

Narrative: AFTER WRITING UP AND COMPLYING WITH ALL MEL INSTRUCTIONS FOR A LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTOR, I FORGOT TO FILL IN ONE LINE IN THE MAINT LOGBOOK. THE LINE I SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN WENT INTO THE CORRECTIVE ACTION BOX. IT SHOULD HAVE READ: 'MEL ITEM #26-00-07B FLC PLACARD INSTALLED AT PWM.'
