Narrative:

I have noticed many times when flying the ILS to runway 25L at lax in a DC8 aircraft that while on the approach between arnes and limma, the DME displays on captain's and first officer's side are intermittently unreliable, making it difficult to comply with the crossing restrs of this approach. When written up, aircraft system check out normal. It is my perception that this is a problem unique to this approach.
